Taisho Bistro has quickly become my go-to spot for Japanese food in Rochester. The spicy miso ramen is absolutely incredible, and the katsu curry is perfectly crispy and flavorful. The staff is welcoming!

I tried the hibachi and sushi rolls here last weekend and they were both fresh and delicious. The portions are generous and the flavours are authentic. It’s definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. I’m very fond of this place.
